FAQ

Shipping

Local Hong Kong  - We offer free shipping on all orders. We usually dispatch your order on the same day if it is received before 12pm. It will usually be delivered to you within 3 working days after dispatch but often by the next day. However, as a family-run business, orders may take a little longer during school holidays. You will be notified by email once it has been dispatched. Depending on the value of your order, we will ship via courier or Hong Kong Post.

InternationalWe ship to Japan, Shanghai (China), Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia (Kuala Lumpar, Pulau Pinang / Penang and Putrajaya). There is an additional cost for international courier. Please email us at hello@peekconcepts.com to request the courier fee calculation for the item(s) you wish to purchase. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase. Please note we cannot ship the batteries with the products and we cannot ship PEEKair air quality monitor because the battery cannot be removed.

Payment

We accept PayPal and credit cards including American Express, Visa and Mastercard. All Paypal purchases come with a buyer's protection provided by Paypal for your added comfort. We also accept cheque and bank deposits.

Changing or cancelling an order

If you need to change or cancel an order, please send us an email as soon as possible. We cannot cancel orders that have been dispatched.

Items marked "Sold Out"

We are in the process of restocking these items. You will be unable to add these items to cart until they are in stock, however, you can send us an email to reserve them. Or, if you have any special preferences such as colour, we can see if we can get them in for you.


Limited Warranty

Own Products - All of our products carry a warranty and guarantee against defects in either components or workmanship. During the warranty period, products that prove to be defective will be either repaired or replaced without charge at the sole discretion of Peek Concepts. Please refer to the specification section on your product's page for the warranty period. Please contact us in the unlikely event that your product is defective. The warranty does not cover shipping to us but will cover the shipping of the repaired or replaced product back to you. Please keep your original receipt and packaging.

The product warranty and guarantee does not cover damage by fair wear and tear, incorrect use, improper storage or maintenance, accidental misuse, abuse, neglect, water damage, misapplication or modification. No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered and the user assumes the entire risk of using the product. Any liability by Peek Concepts is limited only to the replacement of defective materials or workmanship, and Peek Concepts accepts no responsibility for consequential loss, incidental damage or incidental expenses including damage to property. We reserve the right to amend our product specifications without prior notice.

Third Party Product - Please refer to the specification section on your product's page for the warranty period. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer but in most cases, we administer the warranty on their behalf within Hong Kong. Please contact us in the unlikely event that your product is defective. In many cases, we may be able to replace your defective product locally without the wait or expense of shipping your product internationally for inspection.
